We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work in the hot kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within the hot kitchen.
- Ensure quality, portion and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with menu planning and daily specials when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Train and supervise commis chefs.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
