  • Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance verification activities.
  • Contribute to technical evaluations, constructability reviews, engineering studies, and project risk assessments.
  • Review and prepare project-related documentation, including work permits, method statements, risk assessments, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and checklists.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with HSE requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Participate in HAZID/HAZOP, Management of Change (MoC) processes, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report and support the investigation of incidents, near misses, non-conformities, and quality observations.
  • Assist in coordinating project resources, including lifting equipment, scaffolding, specialist contractors, and temporary facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, international standards, corporate requirements, and engineering best practices.
  • Support the inspection and approval process for contractor equipment used within the terminal, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Participate in the terminal's 24/7 on-call organisation when required.
  • Undertake additional project-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
