We are seeking a highly organised, responsible and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Project Management Department (PMD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management Department.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, emails, forms and other project-related documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding matters, requests and actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with property inspections, snagging, handovers and delivery procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, inspections and other project-related activities.
  • Maintain records of keys, parking spaces, property documents and handover information.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers regarding maintenance and outstanding works.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and updating relevant records.
  • Support the preparation and submission of documents to authorities, where required.
  • Ensure that client and project information is properly organised and readily available.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform any other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or similar role.
  • Experience in the property development, construction or real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Professional, reliable and responsible approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
