CareerFinders Recruitment Services LtdCareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development & Market Intelligence Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Development & Market Intelligence Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our client’s position in the local market by ensuring systematic market coverage, proactive tender identification, and strategic project acquisition. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess extensive experience in business development and/or commercial roles within the Construction & Real Estate sectors. You will need to have an established network in the Cyprus market, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify all relevant upcoming projects and tenders in Cyprus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Ensure the Company is pre-qualified and well-positioned in key projects.
- Coordinate internally with estimation, technical, and management teams during the tender stage.
- Support Senior Management in market strategy and expansion planning.
- Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, leads, and conversion status.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background in the Engineering Field will be considered an advantage.
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in the Cyprus construction, property-development, façade, aluminium/glazing, or architectural building-products market.
- Façade experience is strongly preferred, but strong candidates from closely related sectors will also be considered.
- Credible access to developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Preferably professional proficiency in both Greek and English.
- The ability to work independently, attend meetings and sites across Cyprus, and maintain an organised opportunity pipeline.
