Job Overview

We are assisting a growing trading company in expanding its Dealing Team in Paphos.

The Junior Dealer will monitor pricing and order execution, interact with liquidity providers to secure the best pricing, and manage risk exposures within predefined limits. The role is suited to analytical professionals who enjoy fast-paced trading environments and keeping up to date with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management and monitoring of trading platforms.
• Routine monitoring to assess system performance and optimise system parameters when needed.
• Reviewing client accounts upon request regarding trading activity and/or platform performance, and providing resolution to such inquiries.
• Executing client orders and assisting clients with inquiries.
• Monitoring exposure due to trading activity and preparing relevant reports when required.
• Following company internal operations manual processes and procedures, as well as applicable laws and directives.
• Keeping up to date with market information and preparing market reports.
• Complying with internal company policies and procedures.
• Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another related field.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms.
• Good and proven understanding of financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.
• Dynamic and flexible, with strong attention to detail.
• Target-oriented, competitive, and success-driven.
• Team player.
• No prior experience required.
