KIK Trading Ltd is based in Limassol and has been operating since 1981. Today, the company employs more than 300 people and is one of the largest companies in Cyprus in the fields of import, wholesale and retail.

The company imports and distributes products across Cyprus, including food, beverages, confectionery, tobacco products, ice cream, pet food, toys, cleaning products and other goods, through its privately owned distribution network. At the same time, it operates a network of 50 convenience stores under the MINI MALL STORES and PORTIOLI CAFE brands.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy of orders before loading.
• Verify quantities, product codes and items against order documents.
• Inspect the quality and condition of products prior to dispatch.
• Identify and immediately report any errors, shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure that loading procedures are carried out correctly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with warehouse staff, Pickers, Delivery Drivers and Supervisors to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
• Implement and manage the WMS system within the Warehouse.
• Perform daily entry, monitoring and verification of the activities of the Warehouse and Distribution teams through the Odoo/WMS system.
• Monitor the accuracy of warehouse movements and ensure that all entries in the information system are correct.
• Provide support on matters relating to Warehouse personnel and promptly inform the relevant department or Supervisor of any issue requiring attention or management.
• Contribute to maintaining the organisation, cleanliness and smooth operation of the Warehouse.
• Comply with all company Health and Safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or Logistics environment.
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems, particularly Odoo, will be considered a significant advantage.
• Very good computer skills.
• Previous experience and a valid forklift operator licence will be considered an additional advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• High level of responsibility, reliability and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good organisational skills, ability to coordinate tasks and strong teamwork skills.
• Good physical condition.
