Marketing & E-commerce Development Specialist
ENGINO-NET LIMITEDENGINO is looking for a Marketing & E-commerce Development Specialist to support the growth and development of our digital presence and online sales channels.
The role combines digital marketing, e-commerce management, website optimisation, content coordination and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, creative, analytical and comfortable working across different digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the ENGINO e-commerce website and online customer journey.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, conversions and online sales.
- Manage and optimise products, categories, pricing, promotions and content across the e-shop.
- Coordinate and create digital content for social media, email marketing, website and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website and e-commerce performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms.
- Analyse sales, customer behaviour and campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising and email marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, conversion rates and overall e-commerce performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns are effectively implemented online.
- Conduct market and competitor research and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Assist with the development of online promotions, seasonal campaigns and new e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing, e-commerce, AI and online consumer trends.
Qualifications required
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
- Specific experience on corporate and B2B accounts is also essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strong commercial and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Interest in technology, STEM education and educational products will be considered an advantage.

Place of work & Working hours:
The work is at company’s headquarters in Ypsona.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:45. Friday early leaving at 15:30.
