The Client
Our client, Hellenic Properties, is a leading real estate investment and development company targeting value-add opportunities across the real estate and hospitality sectors in Greece.
The company has deployed more than €125 million across 13 projects during the Greek economic recovery, spanning commercial, hospitality and residential assets, with a cumulative Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately €200 million.
Due to its continued growth, Hellenic Properties is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join its Cyprus team.
Position Mission
To design, build and develop the Group’s institutional-grade management and investor financial reporting and data analytics capabilities, supporting sound decision-making across the organisation.
The position reports directly to the External CFO of the Group and works in close coordination with the Group’s external finance function, which provides specialist support across financial modelling, financing, structuring and institutional-grade reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager works in close coordination with the group’s external finance function, led by the External CFO, which provides specialist support across financial modelling, financing, structuring and institutional-grade reporting. The responsibilities below are delivered in collaboration with that team.
• Deliver management & investor financial reports
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and actual data reports
• Contribute to the delivery of institutional-grade LP (Limited Partner) reporting, in coordination with the Group’s external finance team
• Monitor and help manage cash flow across the group’s SPVs
• Support audit processes and ensure tax & regulatory compliance
• Support the design and automation of financial reporting processes and their integration into the group’s ERP, in collaboration with the Group’s external finance team
• Work with the Investment Team and the group’s external finance team on financial modelling, transaction analysis and post-investment monitoring, as required.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly/quarterly financial accounts and management information across the Company's SPVs.
• Monitor the financial performance of the Company's investment portfolio and provide analysis of key variances and performance drivers.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes across the Company's SPVs.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA).
- 7+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Previous experience with a Big 4 firm will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge and/or experience in real estate will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in fund accounting and LP reporting will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Greek tax and accounting will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Strong financial, analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and across different functions.

Remuneration
Competitive remuneration package with range: €50K-€60K plus bonus based on qualifications and experience.
