As a Team Leader - Stewarding, your role will be to ensure that your team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens. You should be well-versed in the operation of dishwashers and other equipment commonly used in hotel stewarding departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness in all storage, preparation, and service areas according to hygiene regulations
• Oversee department operations, staffing, and training
• Maintain equipment and supplies while managing inventory
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards in collaboration with the Executive Chef/F&B Manager
• Ensure proper garbage disposal and cleanliness of kitchen areas
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement disciplinary policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School or Technical School Leaving Certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in English
• Courteous character with a positive attitude toward customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine smile
