At Adsterra we are engaged in online advertising, and our main project is the support and development of an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.

Currently, we are expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative or as we call it internally “Domain Hunter”, based in Cyprus, to grow our publisher base.

What you will do

• Source contacts for website and app owners, following our sourcing playbook and research tools;
• Hand registered domains over to the retention team and brief them on each account;
• Keep every lead, conversation and outcome accurately logged in our CRM;
• Communicate with partners in writing: live chat and messengers such as Telegram, WhatsApp and Teams; calls are rare;
• Track which sources and messages actually convert, and feed that back into the playbook.

What we are looking for

• Right to live and work in Cyprus;
• English B1 or above;
• Attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of information;
• Self-organized and consistent;
• Clear, confident written communication.

Nice to have

• Understanding of digital advertising: pricing models, ad formats and how they differ;
• An interest in growing into sales: the natural next step from this role is Retention Manager;
• Experience with a CRM (Salesmate, HubSpot or similar) or support tools such as Intercom;
