🚢 FAMELINE HOLDING GROUP LTD is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, expand, and strengthen relationships with existing customers of FHG through regular communication and visits.

• Facilitate and drive sales activities, including negotiating and closing deals, to support business growth and revenue targets.

• Understand customer needs and ensure their requirements are met to foster loyalty with FHG.

• Provide timely feedback and updates to customers regarding new products, services, and developments within FHG.

• Cooperate closely with local FHG entities to identify new business opportunities and open doors to potential clients.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings with customers.

• Prepare and present relevant materials and reports to the Executive team of FHG to support discussions and decision-making processes.

• Analyse and identify market trends and competition to support strategic decision-making.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time within the general scope of the role, as outlined in the Employment Agreement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the shipping, maritime technology, or related industries.

• Fair understanding of digital products, platforms, and emerging technology trends within the maritime sector.

• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally to engage with clients and participate in industry events.

• Fluency in English and Greek language is required.
