CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading importer and supplier of specialized cleaning products, cleaning tools, and cleaning machines for professional spaces, we are seeking to recruit an Area Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As the Larnaca Area Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing the customer base, strengthening existing partnerships, and further expanding our client’s presence in the local Larnaca market. We are seeking applicants who possess at least 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with any prior experience in the HoReCa sector considered a significant advantage. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and hold a valid driver’s licence, with the ability to travel daily within the Larnaca District. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage and develop an existing and new B2B customer portfolio.
• Promote professional cleaning equipment, robotic systems, chemical products, and integrated cleaning and hygiene solutions.
• Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, organizations, and businesses.
• Provide consultancy support, product presentations, and demonstrations, as well as customer training.
• Implement the sales plan and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Develop new partnerships and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
• Take and monitor orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, professional presentations, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an additional advantage.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales.
• Previous experience in the HoReCa sector will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, professionalism, and self-motivation.
• Valid driving licence and the ability to travel daily within the Larnaca District.
