At The Nines hotel, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations, empower our teams, and elevate the guest experience across all our dining venues.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the overall F&B experience at The Nines. From inspiring your teams to driving operational performance, you will ensure that every detail reflects our commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and consistent quality.

• Develop, motivate, coach, and mentor F&B teams to achieve the highest standards of performance and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Department Heads to create innovative dining concepts and memorable guest experiences.

• Monitor service standards and drive continuous improvement across all outlets.

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labour costs to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Take ownership of departmental budgets, food & beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing.

• Analyse sales and operational performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company standards.

• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and take a proactive approach to resolving service challenges.

• Support the planning and successful execution of events, functions, special occasions, and promotional activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a confident and commercially driven hospitality professional who combines strong leadership with a genuine passion for guest service.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

• Strong commercial awareness with proven financial and analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Fluent in English.
