A prestigious opportunity is available for an experienced, professionally qualified Hairdresser / Hair & Beauty Professional or established Salon Operator to rent and operate the hotel’s existing hairdressing facility.

We are seeking a high-calibre professional or established salon company with the vision, expertise and entrepreneurial approach to deliver an exceptional hairdressing experience to our discerning, local and international clientele.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful partner will have the opportunity to:

• Operate and manage an existing hairdressing salon within a premium Resort environment which includes a 5-star Hotel, a Marina and a luxurious Tower.
• Deliver exceptional women’s and men’s hairdressing services, including cutting, blow-dries, styling and special-occasion looks.
• Create bespoke services, packages and promotions designed for clients.
• Build a loyal clientele among the hotel's international guests and local clientele.
• Work in close cooperation with hotel management to maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and guest experience.
• Develop the salon's business and establish a strong, distinctive presence within the hotel.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal person/company to demonstrate:

✓ Proven experience in professional hairdressing and/or salon management
✓ Relevant professional qualifications
✓ A strong commitment to luxury service and customer experience
✓ Professionalism, reliability and an entrepreneurial mindset
✓ Excellent communication skills and a good command of English
✓ Experience with international clientele, luxury hotels, resorts, spas or premium salons will be highly advantageous
✓ Compliance with all applicable Cyprus professional and legal requirements
