The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. The role ensures that employees have access to relevant learning opportunities that support business objectives, employee growth, and capability development.

The role will also be responsible for the administration and coordination of the ANAD and Ermis platforms, ensuring that relevant training activities, employee information, documentation, submissions, and records are accurately maintained and managed in line with applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the organisation's Learning & Development strategy and annual training plan.

• Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with managers and different business divisions.

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.

• Manage the end-to-end administration of training activities, including scheduling, registrations, attendance, training materials, venues, and communication with participants and providers.

• Liaise with external training providers, consultants, and other learning partners.

• Maintain accurate employee training and development records.

• Monitor participation, completion, and feedback for learning activities.

• Collect and analyse training evaluations and feedback to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports and updates on training activities, participation, costs, and outcomes.

• Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Support managers and employees with learning-related queries and recommendations.

• Keep up to date with current learning trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

• Act as the main point of contact for the administration and coordination of the ANAD and Ermis platforms in relation to training and development activities.

• Manage and maintain training-related information and records within the relevant platforms.

• Coordinate the submission, registration, and administration of training programmes and related activities through ANAD/Ermis.

• Ensure that required documentation, forms, participant information, attendance records, and supporting documents are complete and submitted accurately and on time.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong coordination and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Comfortable working with online platforms and learning management/administrative systems.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Learning & Development.

• Experience working with ANAD and/or Ermis platforms would be an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
