Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Culinary Management
 Hold a Master’s Degree in a closely related field
 Relevant Academic & Industry Experience
 Have a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP principles, and
kitchen health and safety
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek
 Ability to work effectively with academic and administrative staff and contribute positively
to departmental activities
 High standards of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities:
 Deliver high-quality lectures and practical culinary sessions
 Participate in culinary events and competitions
 Monitor and manage the appropriate use of kitchen equipment, ingredients, tools, and
facilities
 Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen health and safety
 Establish and maintain links with the culinary and hospitality industry to enhance students’
learning and employability
 Coordinate and monitor student internships in collaboration with hotels, restaurants, and
other relevant industry partners
 Develop and update course materials and learning resources
 Assess students through practical examinations, assignments, projects, presentations, and
written assessments
 Undertake examination invigilation duties and ensure examinations are conducted in
accordance with institutional policies and procedures
