Current Opportunity: Reservations Specialist

We're seeking enthusiastic Reservations Specialists to join our team and help us shape the future of luxury travel!

Key Responsibilities for the position

• Efficiently & accurately assist travel agents in planning and making their reservations based on their clients’ preferences and requirements. This includes:

  • handling incoming reservation, confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.

  • Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to enchance our travel offerings and streamline operations.

Ideal Candidate Must:

* Have a strong background in tourism and hotel reservations, preferably having worked previously in a DMC.

* Be energetic, creative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Exhibit self-motivation and impressive multitasking skills.

* Be fluent in English (speaking and writing) with any additional languages welcome.

* Hold excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Outlook ...).
