As part of our continued growth, Complyport is seeking to recruit an HR Associate for their internal HR team to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

This Role in a Nutshell

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic HR team, playing an active role in supporting all core HR functions, contributing to recruitment and talent acquisition activities, employee lifecycle management, training and development initiatives, HR administration, performance management processes, and the implementation of HR policies and practices that support the Group’s strategic objectives.

What Does Your Role Specifically Involve?

  • Administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Maintaining and updating all employee records (employee files, reporting, HRIS administration).
  • Handling HRDA processes (through the Ermis portal) as well as internal trainings.
  • Assisting and representing the Group at Career Fairs
  • Handling recruitment needs and source, evaluate and recruit talented professionals, that will fulfil the related manpower needs.
  • Supporting the entire employment cycle (new starter pack, induction, probation review, leaver administration).
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including the use of HRMS and updating governmental databases.
  • Registering employees to several training programs, logistics and record keeping.
  • Drafting and posting job adverts in several job portals.
  • Assisting managers and Directors with HR related issues.
  • Ensure that the HR initiatives are aligned with the business needs and monitor and coordinate the implementation of the HR policies and practices.
  • Align the corporate strategy with the rewards and incentives policies and practices of the organization.
  • Maintain and update all HR policies that support the organization’s strategy (Employee Handbook, Remuneration & Reward Policy, Recruitment Policy, Succession Planning, and KPIs, amongst other).
  • Effectively assist with the performance evaluation process
  • Deal with ad-hoc projects and offer support to the Management team as required.

Here Are Our Basic Requirements:

  • University degree from a reputable academic institution in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or in any other related field.
  • 2-3 years of previous working experience in a Human Resources position
  • Team player
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to safeguard confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Experience with HR Management System will be considered as an advantage.

You will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including a gross monthly salary in the range of €1,600 – €1,800 (indicative and non-binding), determined based on qualifications and experience. The package also includes a 13th salary, provident fund upon successful completion of the probation period, as well as discretionary performance bonus and flexible working arrangements (including one afternoon off and hybrid work), along with training opportunities and additional perks such as team events and career development opportunities.
