As bbf: expands, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Executive to drive sales performance and commercial development across our real estate portfolio in Paphos.

Depending on the assigned area and business needs, the Commercial Executive will take ownership of the respective regional sales activity, working closely with internal Sales, Marketing and other relevant teams to strengthen market presence, develop business opportunities and achieve commercial targets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the full sales cycle within the assigned area, from lead development and client engagement through negotiation and closing.
• Drive the commercial and sales strategy for bbf: developments within the assigned portfolio or region, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable revenue growth.
• Achieve agreed individual and regional sales targets, actively monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of agents, introducers and strategic partners, building long-term relationships and new channels of business.
• Identify new commercial opportunities based on local market dynamics, client demand, competitor activity and sales trends.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to define regional priorities, target audiences and lead-generation needs, while overseeing the commercial effectiveness of relevant marketing activities.
• Strengthen cross-regional cooperation and sales opportunities across the company's offices and wider property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key market stakeholders, representing bbf: at a senior commercial level.
• Where applicable, support, coordinate and guide the regional sales team, ensuring clear priorities, strong performance and consistent client service.
• Provide Management with regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence and commercial recommendations.
• Contribute to business planning and the continuous improvement of the company's commercial approach across Cyprus.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial/sales experience within real estate development or property sales.
• Strong track record in high-value sales, business development and negotiation.
• Solid understanding of the Cyprus real estate market and its key client, agent and partner channels would be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to build and develop professional networks and long-term commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify opportunities and translate market insights into action.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with confidence in dealing with senior clients and business partners.
• Target-driven, proactive and highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages (Russian and/or Greek) would be considered an advantage.
