In this position, you will support and report to the Front Office Manager, joining a dedicated team that focuses on the hotel’s guests from the moment they arrive until their final goodbye. Guests will rely on you for information and services that enhance their stay.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role with excellent prospects, as you become part of the well-established Kanika Hotels & Resorts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the hotel's standard check-in and check-out procedures
• Perform daily cashier duties
• Complete all necessary reporting and memo tasks
• Provide guests with information and assistance for holiday, travel, and transportation arrangements
• Manage the switchboard effectively
• Handle messages, paging, wake-up calls, and requests for maintenance, housekeeping, or emergency assistance
• Support and report to the Front Office Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School graduate, preferably from a Hospitality School
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Proficient in computer applications (Windows, MS Office), and Fidelio software
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Courteous and customer service-oriented
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
