As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, LLT LAW is looking to strengthen our Real Estate Department by hiring a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Lawyer.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and handle a range of property law matters, including sales and purchases of immovable property in Cyprus
• Handle conveyancing procedures
• Meet with and advise the Firm’s clients
• Draft sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documentation
• Prepare and file court documents and applications

Requirements

• Law degree
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative and responsibility
