Reporting directly to the Group Chief Legal Officer, you will support a broad range of legal, regulatory and corporate matters, with hands-on exposure to digital assets, crypto regulation, intellectual property, commercial contracts and corporate governance.

This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer who wants to take ownership, develop quickly and work on legal issues in a dynamic international business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, SaaS, software, licensing, consultancy, partnership, NDA and intra-group agreements.
  • Advise on legal matters relating to digital assets, crypto-assets, software, intellectual property and new product development.
  • Support regulatory and licensing matters, including MiCA, GDPR, AML/CFT and other financial services regulatory frameworks.
  • Draft and review privacy notices, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), internal policies and other legal documentation.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, Finance, HR and Operations to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisers and regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct legal research and support strategic legal and corporate projects.
Requirements
  • LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
  • 3 to 5 years' legal experience in private practice or an in-house legal team.
  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and written communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills with sound commercial judgement.
  • Good understanding of Cyprus company law and corporate governance.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • A genuine interest in fintech, digital assets, crypto-assets and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, software or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with MiCA, GDPR, DORA, AML/CFT, payment services or financial regulation.
  • Previous in-house legal experience.
  • Knowledge of Greek.
