Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Chief Technology Officer provides leadership and strategic direction for the IT Department, ensuring alignment with the Company’s business goals and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the IT strategy and roadmap.

• Oversee IT operations, budget, and vendor governance.

• Ensure ICT service compliance with DORA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.

• Drive ICT service innovation, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Manage the IT Department’s performance and capacity planning.

• Evaluate IT Department division and team structures, capabilities, and succession plans.

• Lead regular reviews of IT service performance, incidents, and project delivery.

• Promote IT governance and strategic alignment with enterprise goals.
