Head of Operations Department is responsible for the management of the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations Department’s activities, manage the budget, and maintain relationships with Card Schemes and key partners.

• Drive innovation within the Operations Department, ensuring strong risk management practices, internal controls, and effective cross-departmental coordination.

• Manage performance and capacity planning to ensure adequate resources and efficiency.

• Lead regular reviews of departmental performance, operational incidents, and project delivery outcomes.

• Promote operational governance and ensure strategic alignment with overall enterprise goals.

• Mentor, support, and advise team members within the Operations Department to foster professional growth and high performance.
