HSS Marine Safety Services Ltd invites applications for the position of Customer Support Officer. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient coordination of customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving customer enquiries via electronic channels

• Coordinating with the company's service engineers on job allocation and all arrangements relating to travel, attendance, and submission of service reports

• Creating and maintaining manual filing systems for customer sales cases and other relevant paperwork

• Identifying approved service stations online via manufacturer and/or IACS member classification society websites

• Assisting in tracking open projects and bulk orders to ensure they progress on schedule

• Handling requests for readiness, despatch, freight tracking, documentation, legislation, and invoicing, as applicable

• Monitoring new regulatory requirements in cooperation with the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• A BSc in Shipping, Maritime Studies, or a related field will be considered an advantage

• Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

• Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Computer literacy

• Fluency in Greek and English
