MBS Air Aviation & Tourism, a young and dynamic company that is part of a leading European group, is opening a brand-new hotel in Limassol, Cyprus.

The hotel will feature more than 100 rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and additional modern facilities, catering primarily to families and couples. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are planning to open several more hotels across Cyprus.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated General Manager with strong leadership skills, a service-focused mindset, and proven experience in hotel management to lead this exciting new opening.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a senior management position at a hotel in Cyprus
• Experience managing a 4-star (or higher) hotel with at least 80 rooms
• Fluency in English and Greek (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in hotel operations and team management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the hotel
• Manage all hotel departments, including Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Public Areas, Food & Beverage outlets, and other operational facilities
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
• Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners
• Liaise and communicate with local authorities and regulatory bodies
• Drive operational excellence and achieve financial and business objectives
