Responsibilities

• Follow up installation scheduling process and ensure that work orders will be delivered during the timeframes
• Follow up day-to-day installations/activations and monitor progress. Follow up any unsuccessful account activations, perform actions require to ensure activation of service.
• Perform courtesy calls to customers that experience delay of their service activation or fault resolution
• Keep costumers informed for issues related to quality of services, propose any alternative solutions
• Submitting request for network faults and follow up resolution 
• Ensures successful Activation for Retail and Business Customers
• Follow up collect equipment coordination for close account where require
• Follow up maintenance works  that affect customers lines
• Operation and control communication between administration and other departments
• Handle requests that installer visit requires
• Responsible for any day to day operations of the department

Requirements

• Educated to a degree level
• Experience in a service Environment will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken/written Greek and English language
• Computer literate
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of work
• Ability to deliver under time pressure
