Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative operations related to catering orders and events
• Manage client bookings, schedules, and communication
• Maintain inventory records and assist with supply ordering
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and support basic accounting tasks
• Liaise with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Keep digital and physical filing systems organized and up-to-date.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO procedures and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration, preferably in hospitality or catering
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
