We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementations Officer who enjoys working with people as much as technology. In this role, you will guide customers through the implementation journey, helping them adopt our software successfully and get the most value from it.

What you will be doing

As part of our Technical Team, you will:

• Analyse customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Configure and implement BigChange software based on customer needs.
• Deliver customer training and support users during onboarding.
• Provide consultancy on system features, workflows and best practices.
• Support customers throughout implementation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Work closely with the Sales and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.

What we are looking for

Essential

• Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with software implementation projects.
• Experience delivering customer training.
• Experience working with SaaS or ERP/FSM/CRM solutions.
