As our team expanding, we are seeking to recruit a Junior ERP Functional Consultant & Support (Microsoft ERP Solutions) in Limassol, Cyprus.

Job Summary:

As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic project team and contribute to the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. In this context, you will continually improve your understanding of the underlying accounting processes and fundamentals of accounting.

• Support the design and configuration of modules within D365 Finance & Operations/BC (e.g., General Leger, Accounts payable and receivable, Fixed assets, interfaces to various systems).

• Participate in client workshops and training sessions.

• Work closely with partners, senior consultants and developers to deliver tailored solutions.

• Perform testing, data validation, and documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, procurement, currencies and integration ).

• Interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and willingness to grow into a consultant role.

• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Team player with a proactive, client-oriented attitude.
