About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Limassol.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media who enjoys bringing ideas to life, building engaging campaigns, and growing online communities. You'll work closely with internal teams and creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing content that strengthens brand awareness and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the company's presence across all major social media platforms.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and campaigns.
• Write compelling marketing copy for:
  • Website content
  • Email campaigns
  • Advertisements
  • Landing pages
  • Social media
  • Promotional materials
• Plan and manage content calendars.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyse engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and freelancers to produce high-quality content.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, new platform features, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
• Excellent knowledge of:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience within fintech, investment, financial services, trading, or capital markets.
• Experience with content scheduling and social media analytics tools.
