Archsquared Studio is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Architect to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced architect who combines strong design thinking with technical delivery skills, someone who can confidently lead projects from concept through completion, take ownership, and contribute to the growth of a collaborative studio.

This is an opportunity for an architect who wants more than just production work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, values good design, and wants to be part of a friendly, flexible and ambitious team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural projects from concept development through construction completion
• Develop design solutions, detailed drawing packages, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and project execution
• Review drawings and technical details to maintain quality and consistency
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute ideas, problem-solving, and leadership within the studio

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience delivering built projects
• Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills
• Confidence managing projects independently
• Familiarity with Cyprus building regulations and local permitting processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative attitude and leadership mindset

Nice to have (not essential):

• Experience with Revit / BIM workflows
• Greek / English language skills
• Experience with Ippodamos / local approval systems
