We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manger to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Your work in Internal Audit/Finance will go beyond the numbers, it’s about understanding the business, navigating risks, and delivering insights that support informed decision making.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
- Support the monthly closing process, including the preparation and submission of management accounts and internal reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial queries, providing clear and accurate analysis when required.
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audit processes, ensuring smooth and timely completion.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure effective financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contribute to timely submission of all statutory financial reporting obligations.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives and provide financial insight where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified or in advanced process of becoming a qualified ACA, ACCA.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably with solid understanding of consolidation and financial statement preparation under IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with CaseWare -consolidation and financial statements preparation under IFRS.
- Strong academic record, preferably relating to Accounting, Economics, and Finance.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ability to interact in a team environment.
- Positive, mature and professional attitude
