Job Summary

Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is looking for a Security Officer to support safe, secure, and welcoming operations at Cap St Georges Waterpark. In this role, you will help protect guests, team members, and company property by assisting with access control, crowd management, incident response, and the consistent enforcement of park policies, while maintaining a high level of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the waterpark and surrounding facilities
• Support crowd management, guest flow, and queue control during busy periods
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Enforce waterpark rules, safety policies, and company procedures in a professional manner
• Report security, safety, or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments
• Support emergency evacuations and work closely with Lifeguards, Guest Services, and Management when required
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security records

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Valid Security Guard Licence (where applicable)
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Calm, professional, and responsible under pressure
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
