As our team expanding, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant, that will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of various companies of the Group. This position is ideal for an individual with minimum accounting experience ranging from 2-3 years and will support the finance team in managing general accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

  • Help with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Perform data entry for various financial documents and transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Support in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely filing.

  • Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.

  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial files and records.

  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

  • Assist with other accounting projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school certificate with LCC Higher certificate in Accountancy and experience of at least 2 (two) years or University degree in Accountancy or holder of the IAT professional qualification.

  • Good communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;

  • Very good command of the English language.
