A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor, who will supervise the chambermaids and ensure the cleanliness of all the hotel.

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper

The Housekeeper (Housekeeping Supervisor) is responsible for supervising the chambermaids and ensuring that all guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned and maintained to the hotel’s standards. The role includes inspecting rooms, coordinating daily housekeeping activities, and supporting excellent cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the chambermaids.
• Prepare daily room allocations and work schedules.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate room readiness with Reception.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up as required.
• Train and assist housekeeping staff.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen levels.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Notify the Maintenance Department on any damages, deficits and disturbances

Skills & Qualities

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
