We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Bar & Restaurants Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the hotel's bars and restaurants, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and outstanding guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all bars and restaurants, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective performance.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and service standards in line with the hotel's quality expectations.

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring outlets operate within approved financial targets.

  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef in developing and updating food and beverage menus.

  • Ensure all outlets maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

  • Oversee staffing levels, employee scheduling, and daily operational requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective upselling strategies to maximise food and beverage revenue.

  • Work closely with the Finance department to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.

  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

  • Anticipate guests' needs and consistently deliver personalised, memorable service experiences.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, taking immediate corrective action whenever necessary.

  • Provide regular feedback and performance guidance to support employees' professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar management position within a five-star hotel environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP principles and health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills.

  • Hands-on management style with the ability to lead by example.

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Professional, reliable, and ethical character.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
