Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire an Accounting Associate responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct execution of all the Accounting tasks of Coral Cyprus in collaboration with the Head of Finance Department.
During your day you will:
- Post Accounting Entries
- Complete Customers’ Invoicing Process
- Manager the reconciliation of banks and deposits.
- Monitor customers balances, Credit control & debt chasing
- Handle Vendors’ Reconciliations
- Participate in Finance projects & in proposals for the automation of the Accounting Department’s procedures to enhance its operational effectiveness.
- Participate in monthly closure and in Audit (internal and external).
- Provide support for Financial Management
- Manage accounting processes of RBA network, monthly payables/receivables analysis, set off and clearing accounts
- Prepare monthly sales report for operations department
- Issue credit notes for promotional schemes provided by operations department
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Master’s degree or additional relevant studies will be considered a plus
- Up to 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with proven bookkeeping skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of General Ledger accounts and IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Power BI tools (or similar BI tools), while familiarity with SAP will be considered a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
