The University of Limassol is seeking a motivated Student Support & Accommodation Officer to join the Academic Affairs Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative, student support, and accommodation services, ensuring the efficient operation of the University Student Hall and contributing to a positive, student-centred experience throughout the student journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the University of Limassol Student Hall, ensuring that students receive a safe, comfortable, well-maintained, and supportive living environment.
  • Coordinate the allocation, occupancy, and administration of student accommodation facilities.
  • Maintain accurate accommodation records, conduct room inspections, coordinate maintenance requests, and liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure high standards of accommodation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to accommodation-related enquiries, complaints, and operational issues, ensuring their timely resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to students throughout the student lifecycle, including enrolment, orientation, attendance records, student letters and certificates, and other related administrative processes.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative departments, as well as external stakeholders, to facilitate student support services and ensure the timely resolution of student-related matters.
  • Respond to student enquiries via email, telephone, and in person, delivering a high standard of student-centred service while ensuring compliance with University policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in organising student orientation activities and other initiatives that enhance the overall student experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and residence regulations within the Student Hall and report any issues requiring attention.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in student administration and/or accommodation management will be considered an advantage.
