HR manager, Pafos – HRP/07/26

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR manager to support and lead our client’s hotel.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for a hotel. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to establish the department from the ground up, design and implement an HR strategy aligned with the Group’s vision, and drive excellence in talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Department Setup: Establish the HR function from scratch, including policies, processes, and systems.
  • HR Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the group’s overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Attract, recruit, and retain top hospitality talent to support business growth.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement a performance appraisal system that drives employee development and business success.
  • Training & Development: Develop training programs to enhance employee skills, improve service quality, and foster career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Establish competitive salary structures and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure high levels of job satisfaction.
  • Legal Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices.
  • HR Systems & Digital Transformation: Introduce HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager. preferably in big companies with complex structure. Any relevant experience within the hospitality industry, will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up HR departments, policies, and systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management.
  • Experience with HR software and digital tools is a plus.

Salary: 3500 – 4000 gross x 13
