Key Responsibilities

• Manage all room reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Oversee daily reservation operations and maximise room occupancy and revenue.

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

• Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory in collaboration with the Front Office and Revenue teams.

• Ensure all reservation records are maintained accurately within the Property Management System (PMS).

• Handle guest requests, amendments, cancellations, and special arrangements with a high level of customer service.

• Prepare reservation reports and forecasts to support operational planning.

• Lead, train, and support the Reservations team while maintaining the highest service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Reservations Manager or Senior Reservations role within a hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and online distribution channels.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue management principles.

• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
