We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations, inspire our teams, and deliver exceptional service across all dining venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and consistent quality.

• Develop, motivate, and mentor F&B teams to achieve the highest standards of performance and guest satisfaction.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to deliver innovative dining concepts and memorable guest experiences.

• Monitor service standards and implement continuous improvements across all outlets.

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs to ensure operational efficiency.

• Control departmental budgets, food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing.

• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.

• Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and special promotions.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

• Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

• Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Fluent in English
