Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd is seeking to recruit for its Columbia Beach Resort 5★ in Pissouri – Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, emails, and guest inquiries
• Deliver excellent guest service with a personalized approach
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and handle billing correctly
• Coordinate with other departments to support a smooth guest experience
• Handle guest complaints professionally and with care

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts, including nights
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism will be considered an advantage
