We are looking to recruit an Audit Assistant Manager to join our Audit Department, based in our Limassol offices. This role supports the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements, supervises audit teams, and ensures compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). It is suited to an ambitious professional seeking to build a long-term career in auditing within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
  • Supervise, guide and review the work of audit seniors and juniors
  • Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with IFRSs, ISAs, and firm methodologies
  • Identify audit issues and provide practical recommendations to clients
  • Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management and internal teams
  • Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines and reporting deadlines
  • Support Audit Managers and Partners on complex or high-risk audit areas
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team development
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or attending the final stages of the qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional audit experience, preferably with a medium or large size Audit Firm
  • Very good knowledge of the IFRS’s and ISA’s
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of CaseWare
  • Pleasant personality, professionalism, ability to work with a team and, when necessary, to work under strict reporting deadlines
  • Ambition to have a career as an Auditor and expand your knowledge and experience
