Main Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the sales process from first contact to final closing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting potential buyers and understanding their needs

• Conducting professional property viewings and presentations

• Building long-term relationships with local and international clients

• Advising clients on available properties, pricing, market trends, and buying procedures

• Following up with leads and converting enquiries into sales

• Working closely with the marketing, legal, and administration teams to ensure a smooth client experience

• Representing Pafilia at local and international exhibitions, events, and client meetings

• Contributing directly to the company’s sales growth and commercial success

Necessary qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and internet tools
• A professional appearance, confidence and gravitas and a can-do-all positive attitude
• Self-motivation, strong organisation skills, and the ability to follow-up consistently
• A customer-focused mindset and the desire to succeed

• Previous real estate experience is helpful, but the most important qualities are sales ability, ambition, discipline, and the willingness to learn.
