We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support to our internal users and external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software applications, and office technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users via email, telephone, remote access, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, replace, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, time attendance devices, and other office equipment.
  • Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the firm's network, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
  • Monitor IT systems, apply software updates, and ensure backup procedures are operating effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software solutions based on business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support requests, and system configurations.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT Support (Level 1 or Level 2) role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
