Job Summary:
Mare Ayias Napas is looking for a professional and attentive Night Security to be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff entering the hotel premises. The successful candidate will ensure smooth access control, provide assistance and directions when needed, and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and control vehicle and pedestrian access to the hotel premises
- Verify reservations, identification, or authorization before granting access
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing traffic
- Provide basic information and directions regarding hotel facilities
- Communicate effectively with the Reception and Security teams
- Report suspicious activities or unauthorized access attempts
- Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately
- Respond appropriately and efficiently during emergency situations
- Follow all company health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good command of the English language additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
