As the official Cyprus licensee for Avis, Budget and Payless, we are looking for Parking Agents to join our teams in Larnaca and Paphos airports. The Parking Agents will be responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for

• Very good command of the English language.A second language is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
• Good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Available to work rotating shifts in a seven-day operation
• No previous experience in car rental is required. Full training is provided.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers at the parking area.
• Delivery and of rcollection ental cars.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
• Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns they may have.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean
