JOB PURPOSE

The Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and development of both the company and its employees, in alignment with business objectives and in the most efficient and effective manner. In addition, shall oversee all employee-related systems and procedures within the Hotel to ensure operational excellence and compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards, while proactively contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the Hotel’s profitability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing daily operations and activities across all HR functions, including Workforce planning, HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Rewards Management and Employee Relations & Engagement.

Ability to plan and deliver against an agreed set of targets and being proactive in maintaining and improving profitability in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and standards.

Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures ensuring the team achieves the objectives and tasks essentials to the efficient and effective operation.

Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training, appraising, developing and planning succession of talented personnel; nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • BSc or/and MSc degree/s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated and proven experience of at least five (5) years in Human Resources Management, within the hospitality industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of specialized HR programs will be a plus.

  • Strong management and leadership skills, with excellent organization and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to write and speak English & Greek fluently.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
