CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international leader in the hospitality and hotel management industry, with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to Senior Management. An academic background in a relevant field of study is desirable, and you will need to hold prior experience in a relevant personal assistant, executive assistant, or senior administrative role. You will need to be fluent English, as well as either Greek, German, or Dutch, and hold a valid driver’s licence, with access to a car. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary, Medical Insurance and Pension Plan. Standard working hours are from 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to Management.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Taking accurate meeting notes and following up on action points.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinating internal and external communication with stakeholders, partners, and departments.
  • Maintaining structured digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, documents, and management overviews.
  • Supporting special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and support for Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Holding a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a comparable discipline is beneficial.
  • Experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and either Greek, German, and/or Dutch
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
